About Robert
Robert A. Donati is a Board Certified Specialist in Social Security disability by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, focusing his practice on Social Security disability and Veterans’ benefits, as well as employment law. He handles appeals in federal district court and long-term disability benefits under ERISA. He earned his J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2006 and a B.A. from Haverford College in 2002. He is licensed in Mississippi and Tennessee and is a member of various bar associations and veterans' advocacy groups. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers® Rising Star and a Fellow in the Memphis Bar Foundation.
