Robert E. Breckenridge II, born in Ottumwa, Iowa in 1957, is an attorney with over 43 years of litigation experience. He holds a B.A. in Political Science and Speech from The University of Iowa, a Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska, and an L.L.M. in Military Law from the Judge Advocate School of the Army. He was admitted to the Nebraska bar in 1982 and the Iowa bar in 1993. He is a member of the Nebraska Bar Association, Iowa Bar Association, Iowa Trial Lawyers, and the American Bar Association, and has served as President of the Wapello County Bar and on the Board of Governors for the Iowa State Bar Association.
