About Robert

Attorney Robert H. Fulton II brings more than a decade of experience in employment discrimination litigation to the team at Zach Herschensohn Law. He is the founder and managing member of Fulton Law PLLC, fighting for workers throughout the Puget Sound region since 2009. He has defended Fortune 500 companies and now uses that experience to fight on behalf of claimants. He earned his J.D. from The Ohio State College of Law and was an undergraduate at Montana State University.
