Robert G. Russell

About Robert

Robert G. Russell, known as Bob, earned his law degree in 1963. He clerked for a U.S. District Court judge before entering private practice. He served as a Circuit Judge for the 17th Judicial Circuit in Missouri from 1970 to 1986, where he was recognized as a fine trial judge. He joined Kempton & Russell in 1986, continuing to receive accolades for his contributions to the legal profession. He retired from practice in July 2021 and passed away on April 7, 2022.
