Robert Harris is the retired founder of Harris Velázquez Gibbens. He co-founded the firm (originally Harris and Tracey) in 1997 and served as managing shareholder for over 25 years before becoming of counsel in June 2022. The firm has grown to be one of Washington County’s largest private law firms under his leadership.
