Robert J. Fleming specializes in wrongful death, serious personal injury, medical malpractice, and dental malpractice. He is a former insurance defense attorney who has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict, resulting in millions of dollars of recovery to his clients. He was the founding partner of Fleming Fried & Bonder, LLC and a partner with Evert & Weathersby, LLC. He served as a Military Policeman in the United States Army. He holds an 'AV' rating from Martindale-Hubbell, has been named a Georgia 'Super Lawyer' multiple times, and has a perfect 10/10 rating on AVVO since 2010. He is a former instructor with NITA at Emory University and is active in the Atlanta Bar Association.
