Robert J. Pantina is an associate in Harwood Lloyd’s Commercial Department where he regularly advises clients on a broad range of complex transactions. Mr. Pantina also provides ongoing counseling with respect to a broad range of corporate governance and general business matters. Mr. Pantina received his B.A. in Political Science from Rider University in 2008. He received his J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in 2017. Upon his graduation from Rider University, Mr. Pantina spent five years working for the County of Bergen’s Board of Chose Freeholders, Office of the County Clerk, and Office of Emergency Management with increasing levels of responsibility. After graduating from law school, Mr. Pantina served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Hon. Bonnie J. Mizdol, A.J.S.C. for the 2017-2018 Court Term.
