Robert L. Lockaby, Jr.

Bob Lockaby was born and raised in Chattanooga. He joined the firm in 1982 after having served four years as a trial attorney in the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps. Since joining the firm, Bob has concentrated his practice in complex commercial litigation, representing (i) business clients of the firm in a variety of commercial litigation matters, (ii) owners, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers in construction and related litigation, (iii) local, regional and national banks in transaction and lending-related disputes, and in creditors’ rights matters, and...
