About Robert

Robert L. Russell has practiced law in Richmond, Kentucky for 35 years. He served as the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet’s Inspector General, County Attorney of Madison County, and Assistant County Attorney. He is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University and received his J.D. from the University of Louisville Law School in 1979. He is licensed to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. District Court, and Kentucky Supreme Court. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and has held various leadership roles in legal and community organizations.
