Robert L. Russell has practiced law in Richmond, Kentucky for 35 years. He served as the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet’s Inspector General, County Attorney of Madison County, and Assistant County Attorney. He is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University and received his J.D. from the University of Louisville Law School in 1979.
