Robert M. Galumbeck is a senior partner at Galumbeck and Gillespie, Attorneys. He graduated from the University of Virginia in 1973 and obtained his J.D. from Marshall Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary in 1976. He has served as Commonwealth’s Attorney and County Attorney for Tazewell County, Virginia. He specializes in family law and criminal law. Mr. Galumbeck has been recognized as one of Virginia’s 'Legal Elite' by Virginia Business magazine and 'Super Lawyers' by Virginia Super Lawyers magazine for over 10 years, including 2020. He is listed in Martindale-Hubble’s Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers with an AV rating. He is a fellow of the American College of Trial lawyers.
