Robert M. Murphy co-founded Gauthier Houghtaling LLC in 1974. He served as a judge on the 24th Judicial District Court for 16 years and on the Louisiana 5th Circuit Court of Appeal for 5 years before rejoining the firm as managing partner in 2018, retiring in 2024.
