About Robert
Ryland Percy is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He received a B.S. in accounting from Louisiana State University in 1971 and his M.S. in Administration from the University of Guam in 1974. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from the LSU Law Center in 1976. Ryland retired as a Rear Admiral in the United States Navy in 2007 after 36 years of active and reserve service. Ryland’s principal practice areas include general and commercial litigation, real estate, business transactions, corporations, class action administration, personal injury, and governmental law. Ryland is a member of the 23rd Judicial District and Louisiana State Bar Associations. He holds an AV-Preeminent Rating from the Martindale Hubbell Law Directory for meeting the highest level of professional excellence.
