Robert Ryland Percy, III

Ryland Percy is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He received a B.S. in accounting from Louisiana State University in 1971 and his M.S. in Administration from the University of Guam in 1974. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from the LSU Law Center in 1976. Ryland retired as a Rear Admiral in the United States Navy in 2007 after 36 years of active and reserve service.
