About Robert
Robert S. Maider is a Partner with Birkhold & Maider. Mr. Maider represents individuals in all types of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, truck accidents, slip & fall accidents, construction accidents, and work-related injuries. Mr. Maider has extensive experience in both the Superior Court of New Jersey and the Appellate Division. Prior to forming Birkhold & Maider, Mr. Maider worked as an associate attorney at Fusco & Macaluso, Partners, LLC, where he was responsible for the handling of both personal injury and workers’ compensation matters, from inception through appeals, if necessary. Mr. Maider is a 2003 graduate of the University of Maryland-College Park, where he received a B.A. in Communications. He received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2006.
