Robert Peck has argued appeals in the Supreme Court of the United States, nearly all federal circuit courts, and more than half the nation’s state supreme courts. When it needed sophisticated constitutional representation, the Arkansas Supreme Court called upon Bob to represent it and its justices. Over the course of a legal career that spans nearly five decades, Robert S. Peck has argued precedent-setting appeals in courts throughout the nation, including in the U.S. Supreme Court and more than two dozen state supreme courts.
