About Robert
Robert Schalk is a founding attorney at Schalk, Ciaccio & Kahn, PC, and a former Nassau County Assistant District Attorney. He spent five years as a prosecutor, including a role as STOP DWI Prosecutor and prosecuting cases in the Major Offense/Homicide Bureau, gaining significant trial experience in serious felony cases. He is thoroughly familiar with police tactics and courtroom proceedings. In private practice, he defends clients against a wide variety of criminal charges.
