Robert Smith received his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California, a Master’s degree in business administration from C.S.U. Sacramento, and a J.D. degree from Concord Law School. He joined the Law Offices of Edward A. Smith in the Fall of 2001 after working seven years for California State Automobile Association’s in-house auto liability defense counsel.
