About Robert

Robert is an associate attorney in the immigration department at Latorre Law Firm. He graduated from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2010 and has extensive experience in family-based immigration applications, including adjustment of status, DACA, U-visas, T-visas, VAWA, and military parole in place (PIP) applications. As a 20-year veteran of the Armed Forces, Robert is uniquely equipped to assist young men and women who wish to petition their parents for military PIP. As the child of immigrant parents, Robert personally experienced the challenges faced by millions of immigrants today. This experience inspired his passion for learning the law and motivated him to serve the Latino community. Prior to joining the firm, Robert worked as a Staff Attorney at a non-profit organization, where he represented clients in immigration matters, handled appeals before the USCIS Board of Appeals, and assisted immigrants with tax-related issues before the U.S. Tax Court. Robert believes that every client’s case deserves personal attention and dedication to achieve the best possible results.
