About Robert

Robert T. Simon is a co-founder of the Simon Law Group and acts as the primary trial attorney. He co-founded the firm with his twin brother Brad Simon in late 2009, growing it into a nationally recognized practice with offices in California, Arizona, and Texas. He is known for handling large death cases caused by commercial carriers and for securing massive verdicts on spine injury cases. Robert has won Trial Lawyer of the Year multiple times and educates other lawyers on best practices. He is also a co-founder of Justice HQ, hosts the Justice Team Podcast and Bourbon of Proof, and is a member of ABOTA, Justice HQ, CAOC, and CAALA, where he chairs the ethics committee. He was honored as Pepperdine School of Law’s Alumnus of the Year in 2022 and is a past president of LATLC. Robert is also involved in advocating for foster kids and adoption.
