About Robert
In 1981, Robert King established the law firm in Greensburg, Pennsylvania and quickly established himself as one of the premier litigators in Westmoreland County. Over more than four decades, Rob has tried countless jury and non-jury trials and built a strong reputation of success and as a leader in the legal community. For his skill in the courtroom, Rob was elected by his peers as a member of the prestigious Westmoreland Academy of Trial Lawyers in 1994. He concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation, business and commercial transactions, real estate, and trust and estate planning and administration. Rob has also provided counsel to many clients in the formation, structure and operation of professional, business and non-profit corporations, and partnerships. Due to his knowledge and expertise in real estate matters and transactions, he has represented national title insurance companies, title insurance agents, and he also served as general counsel for the Westmoreland REALTORS® Association for more than three decades. He also counsels clients on estate planning and guides clients through the estate administration process, from the creation of wills and trusts to minimize probate expenses and death taxes and administering assets of the estates to litigating claims against and in defense of Wills and Estates.
