About Robin
Ms. Richison is a seasoned trial attorney that represents the interests of business owners, property owners, and accident victims in a variety of matters from pre-suit litigation through trial and appeals. Her practice area ranges from prosecuting and defending contract disputes, business torts, and personal injury claims, to construction litigation and property damage litigation. Ms. Richison has successfully obtained jury verdicts in excess of $700,000 and settlements for business owners in the millions. Prior to joining Levy & Partners, PLLC, Ms. Richison worked at a national defense firm representing insurance carriers in commercial and insurance litigation. Ms. Richison began her career at the Miami Dade Public Defender’s Office and has extensive experience in criminal law including life felony trials. Ms. Richison has been selected as a Florida Rising Star by SuperLawyers from 2017-2021, an honor reserved for less than 2.5% of Florida attorneys.
