About Roger

Roger Davidheiser grew up in rural Pennsylvania. As a young man, he was always eager to hear people’s stories of injustice and he was determined to help them solve their problems. Roger found a natural ability to turn these stories into compelling narratives and knew right away he wanted to be in a courtroom arguing for what’s right. Roger is Senior Trial Attorney in Friedman | Rubin’s innovative civil trial practice group. His practice focuses on class actions, insurance bad faith, corporate and commercial fraud and contract claims, personal injury, wrongful death, and product and professional liability. Roger prides himself on working hard for his clients, and giving them a powerful voice at the table.
