Roman Smith

About Roman

Roman Smith was born and raised in Sacramento, California. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in English and later received his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. He won first place in the annual Closing Argument Competition during his 2L year and competed on the school’s nationally ranked Trial Team. He worked at plaintiff firms, defense firms, and in Federal Court during law school. Upon graduation, Roman worked at national and international defense firms representing insurance companies. After being injured in a car accident, he was inspired to switch to representing injured individuals. He now uses his defense experience to help clients at The Simon Law Group. In his free time, Roman enjoys exercising, watching movies, and drinking coffee.
