Rosa I. Rodriguez, a retired Circuit Court Judge, served for 19 years in the Civil, Criminal, Family and Juvenile Divisions for the 11th Judicial Circuit for Miami-Dade County. She is a recipient of the Dade County Bar Association Judicial Lifetime Achievement Award.
