Rosendo Almaraz, Jr.

Rosendo Almaraz, Jr. is a Rio Grande Valley native. After graduating from Weslaco High School, he attended St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas, where he received both his Bachelor of Arts degree and Doctor of Jurisprudence. After passing the Texas Bar exam in 2000, Rosendo began his legal career with the Hidalgo County District Attorney's office as an Assistant DA.
