Rowan E. Themer graduated from Eastern Illinois University in 2005 and Southern Illinois University School of Law in 2009, summa cum laude. He is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Vermilion County Bar Association, and the Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Association.
