Royce E. Hoskins

Attorney Royce E. Hoskins is a graduate of Texas Tech University and Baylor University Law School. He formerly served as a law clerk for Hon. Lucius D. Bunton III and Hon. Royal Ferguson, District Judges of the Western District of Texas from 1993-1994.
