Attorney Russ Ercolani has more than 15 years of experience representing the wrongfully injured in Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village and throughout Ventura and Los Angeles County. He is a graduate of Hastings College of the Law at the University of California San Francisco where he was selected as a member of their prestigious Trial Team. He was awarded Best Advocate at Stanford University’s Annual Trial Competition, and also received the Witkin Award for Excellence. Since Westlake Injury Law was founded in 2009, Attorney Russ W. Ercolani has built his legal career helping people with legal issues related to personal injury, business litigation, and insurance matters. His prior experience with litigating million-dollar cases in downtown Los Angeles gives him a distinct advantage in knowing how to most effectively and efficiently manage client’s cases. Mr. Ercolani prides himself on giving the best legal representation possible with unparalleled personal service. He represents clients in all aspects of personal injury law.
