Russell S. Fuerst is a partner at Gibbs and Fuerst, LLP, primarily practicing in the Murrieta office. His practice areas include personal injury litigation, employment law, business litigation, and premises liability defense, representing various clients including retailers and property owners. He obtained his B.A. from the University of California, San Diego in 1984 and his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1987. Co-founding Gibbs and Fuerst in 1999, he is an active trial lawyer with jury verdicts for both plaintiffs and defendants. Mr. Fuerst is also an approved Court Appointed Mediator for the Riverside County Superior Court and a former Board Member of the Southwest Riverside County Bar Association.
