Russell Wayne Updike

Russell W. 'Russ' Updike joined the firm in 1990 after graduating from the University of Richmond T. C. Williams School of Law. He has practiced almost exclusively injury law for 25 years, representing individuals in personal injury, medical malpractice, and workers' compensation claims. He has achieved several jury verdicts of $1,000,000 or more, including the largest in Alleghany County history.
