Rusty Smith has over 20 years of experience as a trial litigator. He specializes in complex litigation and insurance, having spent the first 8 years of his career defending insurance companies. Since 2010, Rusty has built a successful trial plaintiff practice, winning significant jury verdicts and appeals.
