A native of Hammond, Louisiana, Ryan J. Williams earned his Juris Doctorate and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law from the LSU Law Center. He obtained an undergraduate degree in Political Science at Louisiana State University and is a graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas High School. He joined Ernest “Ernie” G.
