Ryan S. Breininger is a lifelong resident of Northwest Ohio, graduating from Fairview High School in 1991 and Heidelberg College in 1995. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo in 1998 and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1999, joining the firm the same year. He is currently a partner, representing individuals and businesses in estate planning, administration, agricultural law, criminal/traffic, real estate, personal injury, domestic relations, corporate planning, business law, and wrongful death. He also serves as a private mediator. Active in Williams and Defiance Counties, he is a member of the Ohio State and Williams County Bar Associations, having served as president of the latter. He is also a member of The Ohio State Bar Association Council of Delegates and is a trained and certified mediator.
