Sabino Bilotti, known as 'Sam', graduated Magna Cum Laude from Seton Hall University in 1994 and received his Juris Doctor from Western New England College School of Law in 1997. He joined Labrie, Pouliot, LaRocque & Guiel, P.C. in 2018 after 15 years of practice with another Chicopee law firm.
