About Sam

Mr. Barth completed his undergraduate education at Augusta State University and attended law school at Michigan State University, graduating in the top 10% of his class. He served as a law clerk for The Honorable John M. Ott and as an Assistant District Attorney in the Alcovy Judicial Circuit. He joined Hanks, Ballard & Barth in January 2015 and became a partner in 2020. He was appointed Associate Magistrate Judge of Oconee County and later Chief Municipal Court Judge for the City of Walnut Grove.
