Sam Bauer

Samuel C. Bauer, or “Sam” to everyone who knows him, is a trial lawyer dedicated to the fields of criminal defense and personal injury. Sam has appeared as counsel in some of the most complex civil and criminal trials heard in our State’s Courts and, when required, has taken appeals to the South Carolina Supreme Court. Sam has served as President of the Beaufort County Bar Association, and President of the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
