About Samantha

Sammy has been an active and successful litigator since graduating from law school in 2017. Prior to joining Richmond Vona, she gained invaluable experience working for two prominent insurance defense law firms in the Buffalo area, where she represented individuals and businesses in a wide variety of high-exposure claims, including car accidents, premises liability claims, construction site personal injury claims (New York Labor Law), and products liability. Sammy brings a unique defense background to the firm, having gained invaluable insight into the way insurance companies evaluate and negotiate claims, which allows her to remain one step ahead of her opponents during every phase of the litigation process. Her motivation and desire to leverage her litigation skills to make a positive impact on people’s lives was the driving force behind her decision to join Richmond Vona and represent individuals who have been injured by others’ negligence. Sammy grew up in the Rochester area and currently lives in Tonawanda with her husband, Matt. In her free time, Sammy enjoys attending concerts, snowboarding and cooking.
