About Samia
Samia G. Bennouna is a member of the Firm’s Estate Planning & Tax Group. Samia’s practice areas include estate planning, estate administration, tax planning, and business transactions. Samia represents clients with entity formations, tax restructuring, complex estate and gift tax planning, and income tax planning matters. She also assists in an advisory capacity on strategic planning and tax reporting. Samia graduated from the University of Central Florida with an undergraduate degree in Legal Studies and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. After law school, she earned a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Prior to joining Gould Cooksey Fennell, Samia worked at a large firm where she focused on real property litigation, representing title insurance companies, real estate investors, owners, mortgage lenders, landlords, and tenants. Samia now resides in Vero Beach, Florida, and enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling.
