About Samir
Samir Faerevik Aarab is a trial and appellate lawyer, co-founder of Boland Aarab PLLP in 2017. He was born in Norway, raised in Norway and Morocco, and represented Norway in the International Philosophy Olympics. He holds an MA in International Relations (2010) and an MLit in Political Theory (2011) from the University of St Andrews, and a JD from the University of Montana (2015). He clerked for Chief Justice Mike McGrath of the Montana Supreme Court and Judge Gregory Todd. He focuses exclusively on trial litigation in federal and state courts, and has argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He received the Distinguished Service Award from the State Bar of Montana in 2023 and has been selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers since 2023.
