Samuel Fowlkes

Samuel Fowlkes was born in Northridge, California but maintains his status as a native of Lake Charles, LA. Growing up almost the entirety of his young life in Lake Charles, Samuel attended Barbe High School and McNeese State University. After his freshman year at McNeese, Samuel transferred and later received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from LSU.
