About Samuel

Samuel Harms is an owner and founding member of Double Aught Injury Lawyers. He is licensed to practice law in South Carolina and North Carolina. Mr. Harms spends most of his time at work helping people who have been hurt on the job or in a car crash. He also helps people who are looking for justice because they have been done wrong by another person or business. He graduated summa cum laude from Regent University School of Law in 1997, where he was Articles Editor of the Law Review. He clerked for two years at the United States Court of Federal Claims. Since 1999, he has represented people injured by others. He is also an Allied Attorney with Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) and was appointed as a Special Prosecutor by the Attorney General of South Carolina in 2005.
