Sandra L. Duggan

Sandra L. Duggan, a native of St. Louis, graduated from Washington University with Phi Beta Kappa and earned a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law in 1985. Admitted to the bar in 1986, she has focused her practice on class action and multi-district litigation since moving to Philadelphia in 1989.
