Sandra L. Rothera

Sandra L. Rothera was born in Boston, Massachusetts, in 1950. She graduated with honors from the Eastern Maine Medical Center School of Nursing and was licensed as a Registered Nurse in 1973. She received her undergraduate degree cum laude from the University of Maine and her law degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1993. She was admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of Maine in 1994 and to the U.S. District Court for the District of Maine in 1995.
