About Sandy
After graduating from University of California, Berkeley in 1984 and University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1988, Sandy was an associate at Wendel, Rosen, Black, Dean & Levitan and at the Law Office of Robert A. Huddleston. Sandy has since worked as Senior Counsel at Sheldon & Mankin, the Law Office of Robert A. Huddleston and Huddleston & Sipos Law Group, LLP. Sandy represents and advises clients in a broad range of litigation and transactional matters and has represented individuals and companies in complex litigation including real estate and contract disputes, construction defect, fraud and non-disclosure, landlord / tenant, unfair competition and investment disputes. Sandy also advises clients on general corporate matters including entity formation and corporate governance, business purchase and sale and business operation issues.
