About Sarah

Sarah Chong has a strong customer-focused background from two generations of restaurateurs. She graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in International Affairs. She transitioned into a Personal Injury Law firm in July 2022 as a case manager/Legal Assistant, where she guides clients through rehabilitation, secures compensation, and handles administrative and communicative correspondences. She joined Hines Law in 2024, continuing her responsibilities in investigating injuries, assessing their impact, managing medical billing, and preparing for settlements.
