About Scott
Scott B. Kuperberg joined Broderick Law Group as Of Counsel in 2017. His practice focuses on business and real estate law, including both litigation and transactions. His extensive experience in the courtroom and boardroom allows him to provide complete advice and representation for clients, from large multi-national corporations to new business ventures and individuals. He earned his JD from Syracuse University College of Law in 2005 and his BA from Brooklyn College - City University of New York in 2002. He is admitted to practice in Georgia (2005), Tennessee (2011), and New York (2013), as well as several federal courts. Scott is involved with numerous charities and community organizations, including serving on the Board of Directors of Rambam Atlanta Day School and Congregation Beit Yitzchak. In 2015, he published 'Understanding Consumer Bankruptcy, A Guide for Businesses, Managers, and Creditors.'
