Scott Bitar is a knowledgeable and compassionate advocate dedicated to guiding clients through criminal charges and plaintiff cases. He brings nearly 30 years of experience to his family's legal legacy, established in 1974. He practices in State Courts across all counties in Western Pennsylvania and is admitted to practice in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, U.S. District Courts for Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, U.S. Court of Appeals 3rd Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
