About Scott

Scott E. Nevin has been with the firm for 18 years and has headed the lead paint poisoning department since 2001. He was previously an assistant state’s attorney for Baltimore County and an Assistant State Prosecutor. Since 1992, Scott has successfully represented children exposed to deteriorated lead-based paint, recovering hundreds of millions for clients. He also represents individuals injured due to vehicle accidents and exposure to mold and other toxic substances, having tried cases in Central and Southern Maryland, the Eastern Shore, and the District of Columbia.
