About Scott
Scott E. Umland is a seasoned lawyer with over 30 years of experience practicing in the state of Illinois. With an expertise in personal litigation related to insurance companies, Scott has unique knowledge and insights into the insurance industry and works hard to protect the rights of individuals. A graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University, Scott received his Juris Doctor from the John Marshall Law School in 1993. After being admitted to the Illinois Bar, Scott practiced personal litigation in Chicago before moving to Peoria in 1995. Since then he has been practicing injury litigation, both for and against insurance companies. His experience has given him a unique understanding and knowledge of injury law.
