Scott G. Gratton

Scott Gratton began practice at the Brown Law Firm in 1988 and became a partner in 1994. He left to represent Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad for two years in 1996. He returned to the Brown Law Firm as a full shareholder in 1998. Scott has tried numerous jury cases in Montana’s State and Federal Courts, and has handled appeals in the Montana Supreme Court and U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
