Scott Gallagher graduated high school from Kingston, Oklahoma, and attended the University of Oklahoma, majoring in Mathematics and attending law school. He graduated law school with highest honors (summa cum laude), ranking 8th in his class, and was a member of the Oklahoma Law Review, Order of the Coif, and American Indian Law Review. He began practicing law in Joplin, Missouri, before co-founding Little, Oliver & Gallagher in Ardmore. He specializes in catastrophic injury and death cases, including high-profile cases like the Oklahoma State Plane crash and the North Central Texas College Bus crash.
